When I use rom manager to load the latest version of cyanogen, it reboots me to base 2.01. Need some help please.

Don't know if this pertains to your exact problem or not, but clockwork recovery was having some issues with the new update.

A new version of ROM Manager with Clockwork 1.8.1.2 is now available (hopefully with many bug fixes). The new ROM Manager also now allows for scheduled backups.
