Rom Manager support???

I just purchased rom manager pro from the market. It CLAIMS to come with support but they don't give any information as to where to go for that support so, it appears to me that it was a false claim.

I installed it on my Galaxy S2 and the first thing I tried to do was do a backup. It failed.

Does anyone know where their support is or how to ask them a question?

OK, well what was the error message you got?

Just an FYI, MANY people don't recommend rom manger, because of the fact that it simply does not work most of the time. Just reboot your phone into recovery, and do your backup there.
