Root Rom or Root Toolbox

Rom toolbox has options to control the ROMs kernel and change ROMs appearance such as fontz etc. Root toolbox is sometimes helping with rooting the device now which one your looking for I hope ROM TOOLBOX .
 
I've never been a fan of the all in one applications myself. Its not that they don't work, I just prefer one app to control the kernel, a different app to do app backups, ect.
