Rom patcher

As you know many games have rom hacks and patches that fix bugs or make them playable. Is there an app that will apply these patches?

Could you not just connect your phone to your computer and patch them on your computer?

For the most part, your device is not designed to read and recompile codes or modify applications as you please. that takes some resources that phones are not usually equipped to handle. It would be best to simply patch those in a PC.

Actually we had one at one point called Droid ips. I think our phones can handle it if they can play psx, edit music and photos and video chat. They're little computers, computers 10+ years ago could do it. Just takes some thinking.
