CWM Recovery
HTC Drivers ADB and Fastboot Installed in PC
S-OFF or Unlocked Bootloader by HTC Dev

How to install:
1.Copy ROM to SDCARD
2.Extract boot.img from rom.zip "fastboot flash boot boot.img" in bootloader
3.In CWM Recovery choose install ZIP from SDCARD then choose ROM
4.Select Full Wipe then proceed with installation
5.Reboot phone when done
