Root rom problems please help

i just want to say that i got myself into this mess, but i beg your help to get me out of it.

here is exactly what i did

odin>pda clockworkmod> ran fine> didnt make backup> installed cm9 alpha>no market or flash, and clockwork cant flash or install permissions.

i need to get back to the original software with root.
and when i try to manually recover, it tells me cant find sd card

can someone tell me how to do this.
and if i need to use adb please give me EXACT steps.

So you cant flash in CWM? ...if you can you could flash any ROM..wouldnt matter..just to get back on your feet..if not have you tried Odin back to stock?

oh yeah forgot to ask...when you flashed cm9..you did flash gapps right after right?
