tried flashing it but using cwm
shows md5 error
what is the procedure for flashing it

This usually happens if the file is not properly downloaded (or if the file you are downloaded is incomplete)..
See if there is a original MD5 checksum file and compare it against checksum for the file you have downloaded.

use latest SP flash tool only to flash this rom and use firmware>upgrade option only in SP tool.

sir if i flash this q700i firmware after that if i flash any rom in my mobile will i able to move my apps to sdcard........

flashed the rom as suggested but phone becomes
unrooted
the internal partition gets formatted and is now rediced to 1 GB
cannot reinstall old cwm backups
all data is lost as xolo stock rom saves all data on internal sd
any solutions?

unzip it and do firmware>upgrade by latest SP flash tool.....

u r unrooted bcoz it is official stock xolo rom for q700i.....u can root ur mobile by framaroot.apk apps..... old cwm backups not working as they based on old q700 firmware which does not support apps2sd feature....
