Root rom question

Is anyone working on a rom is there any kind of release date

We have to gain root and add a recovery if some kind first before any roms could be released and asof now there is no root or reovery.

So how many devs are working on this phone if any

None that we know of at the moment. Passing interest from a dev or two though.

Root gained! Another fellow suggested framaroot.apk, and we both have rooted our phones with it. I installed Root Explorer, and the SU app allowed me to mount the system as r/w. RootChecker shows that it's rooted. I hope it really is...looks like it is!
