NOTE: These zips are unsigned so you will need to disable signature verification in cwm before flashing.

NOTE2: Your device must have CWM to flash ROMs. If it doesn't, please check out ZTE Source CWM Flasher

Flash this in CWM as follows:
  1. Download ROM of choice
  2. Put the ROM.zip on your sdcard if not already
  3. Reboot to CWM Recovery
  4. MAKE A BACKUP!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Wipe data/Factoy reset
  6. Install ROM.zip from sdcard
  7. Reboot
  8. Enjoy!

Other Downloads:

hera_B09_partitions.zip - The B09 update also patches several partitions. I am not sure if this is needed but flashing this zip will update your partitions for you.

NOT_FLASHABLE_hera_B09_deodexed_removed_files.zip

Thanks to:
Krsmqn - Uploaded the update zip
cooldudezach - Uploaded system files and tested.

Added an unmodified stock rom that also installs stock recovery. This is handy when an OTA update comes out and your device refuses to install it because you have CWM installed or your device is rooted.

the debloated version, you will want to put Mi-easy access back in. that is for customizing the Heras default lockscreen. ;)

Thanks. Anything else i should remove or add?

edit: added Mi-EasyAccess.apk to v7 without cricket apps as i imagine that will ultimately be the more desirable rom

I like the stock locker. How to theme it though......

apktool :)

edit: not sure if it is available for windows. I am sure there is a windows app that lets you decompile/compile apks. You may be able to do some theming without it though. apk's are basically zip files and you can just extract them and replace images.

edit2: if you use winrar or 7-zip (pretty sure 7-zip works) you can replace files in the apk without having to resign it

edit3: look in the drawable directories in the apk, not sure which ones your device uses though.

I have Ubuntu.

:) file-roller may not work if you use the version that comes with ubuntu 12.10+. You can downgrade it to 3.4.1 or you could try xarchiver. Takes a while to get used to but works. Same deal, don't extract the archive, just open it and replace the existing images with the ones you want and use the same name.

edit: I assume your lockscreen is part of SystemUI.apk but i could be wrong. Anyway, that is about all the help i can provide on theming. Hope it helped a little.

I use 12.04. And yeah, our lockscreen is not a separate application from what I can tell.

The lockscreen was compiled into the framework. Heavy modification is required to restore the stock lockscreen, which bites, as I dont really like the Mi-Access lockscreen. Its on my list of things to modify.

Checkout xposed framework. They have a module that enables the stock aosp lockscreen. Most devices still have the aosp lockscreen included in the rom but put their own on top. The module works flawlesssly on the warp2 and even makes the phone run a lot better. ZTE's lockscreen makes the warp2 audio skip lol.

edit I can upload the 2 files you need to make it work if you would like.

Yeah, I've tried out xposed already. I haven't had the time to decompile the framework to see about aosp locksreen restoration. Being a new dad takes up so much time lol. I've been having audio skips with go locker as well, so that'll be uninstalled pretty quick here too.

Well, the aosp lockscreen is there, I just have to do the work of restoring it. With the exponential rate of child growth, vs. free time I think I should be done by the next presidential elections.

This may sound like a dumb question, but do you have to rename the zip file from "hera_stock_B07_deodexed_root_7.zip" to "ROM.zip" before you copy it to your sdcard for it to work properly when you flash it? Or do you leave the default name alone? And how do you go about installing the ROM from the sdcard after the factory reset? Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks!

Renaming the ROM zip file is not necessary. In CWM recovery, choose Install zip from sdcard, then choose the rom from the list.

I meant the mirror on the download page. And rom works great!

Nice, thanks for testing :) If you want to continue testing, you could try the full stock with recovery. It will bring you back to complete stock without root or cwm. Then to continue testing, you could use the cwm flasher :D

I will test the final two when I get some CDs. I am willing to bet that it will work flawlessly, just like your other work.

I ran your Revision 6 for a couple days to aid in testing, and the only thing I noticed was random garbling of music media when played. My stock rom does not do this, so its not n issue with my phone Im sure.
I'll download Revision7 and see if the same thing occurs.
