I followed your steps and added the Samsungani file to system/bin, but still no change. Just a black screen after the Samsung logo, any other suggestions on how to add the boot animation? Thanks

You can't just drop the file in system/bin and exspect it to work, you have to change the permissions

To the community: if you have add my file fix, then you know it does not slow down
The boot process

its the hidden menu were you need the MSL code to change things i mite be calling it the wrong name in the dialer you do ##3282# and you get setting you would normally not want to mess with but there are a few that you can that could make network speed a little better

what adjustments were you talking about from the ##3282# data screen that could improve the rush?
