If you are currently on StormDroid 1.1, wipe your cache and only flash the zip below:


Cache only, or dalvik cache also?
 
Does this rom seems to have significanly less internal space then like velocity or is it just me? cause i cant even restore all my apps that i have always have cause id have enough space

You were probably also using some form of app2sd. I will look into this later.
 
Yeah I cant fit as much either but no huge deal. Looks like a nice rom, will give it a try for a bit and maybe stick with it. no major functional issues so far.

I did notice some checkboxes are checked but gray when not selected, and checked but red when they are. Would be more intuitive to remove the check all together when not selected unless this is just a bug on my particular phone.
 
I tried forcing my apps to my SD card by using terminal and a2sd datasd, but it seems Stormdroid is having troubles now loading apps from the SD Card? It goes into a bootloop after I initiate that a2sd command or even a2sd cachesd. Furthermore, after I initiate those commands it seems unable to do any form of init.d scripts.

hm...graphical refinements...coming in an update...eventually...
 
Just letting you guys know, stable as a rock so far, have only OC'd up to 729 so far but will go further eventually. Performance is about as good as I can expect from an Ally. Battery use seems very good as other have noticed.

I think I give this rom a thumbs up :) Definitely competitive with Velocity, unless you run lots of large apps (like 10+mb).
