Root ROM Suggestions

I am running completely stock (not rooted) FF18. Looks like the only way for me to improve battery life is to flash a custom ROM. What I am looking for is a ICS ROM that has the native ICS launcher and great battery life. So far I have found:

Blazer ROM - no ICS launcher but I could use Apex.

Calkulin's ROM

Am I missing any? Thanks.

I actually ended up flashing this ROM shortly after and battery life has been real good:

[ROM][COALITION][TN&TR]"Black"FF18 ICS

charge holds all day w/ radios on, moderate use, and even some roaming going on ..

If you need a link to the XDA thread let me know. Why limit yourself to ICS when JB is working so well on this phone?
