Help ROM update but keep all settings

Hi there Everyone! I would like to upgrade my SGS from Eclair to Froyo. My problem is that I would like to have all the settings, widgets, tasker settings to be unchanged. Is it possible? I mean I would not like to set up the widgets again on the homescreen, and all the stuff like that.

I have MyBackup Pro. Backing up data/settings will do it or I need a special backup program?
