Rom update gone wrong

I updated my Galaxy Y with the 4.1 ROM and now the setting app has gone missing and the menu button shortcut doesn't work, the notification bar has gone and when I recieve a call the call display doesn't show so I can't answer my calls. Since I factory reseted my wi-fi password has been forgotten so I can't download a settings app or anything. I tried downloading the ROM back aagain but it didn't work.

Hi did you do a backup before installing the new rom ?

You could try reflashing the rom again after a full wipe, maybe you got a bad flash.
Or you could re-download from a PC and push the rom.zip over to your phone from it.
