answers no, vitria is a krait 400 device valiant is a s4, the vitria is closer to the premia than the valiant, they also rewrote the kernel for their msm8960/msm8930 devices to handle device selection different.
the valiant users can use dazzozo's cm11 from what it seems because dazzozo and ricardo already looked into merging in (some) of valiants source code into their kitkat kernel but the Y300 has some differences vs the valiant so some stuff is broken.

the valiant is in a much better position to get cm11 and kitkat than the vitria, and not trying to derail thread just answering a question, so sorry for the interruption
