BIG THANKS TO:

mtmichaelson: for making brokenout. whick black plague is based on
PlayfulGod: for making black plague which i used as a base. and for the awesome kernel he made for us
brianmaedche: he gets all credit for theming the lockscreen and the statusbar and helping me with initial testing
acura team: for crating the rom i got the lghome and themes from

i have to mention imucarmen and death2all110 for moral support and help along the way and lightswarm for doing some testing

starting off.. this is based on PlayfulGod's Black Plague rom and kernel.

comes with 3 launchers to choose from.. modded LGHome2 with themes including miui, ics, lg optimus, lg prada..

Simple Home from LG. its like a miui launcher.. all apps are on the screen and you can add widgets. and themebox.

this launcher uses the themes avaliable in the LG smartworld.

i added a modded miui music player with a 4x1 and 4x4 widget

setcpu for overclocking

lg smartworld. lgs appstore. it has alot of games that are designed for hd resolution screens.. also street fighter

4 is free for the spectrum

perfect utility. made by lg. has 16 useful little tools bundled in 1 app

i added wifi tether. its the best working tethering app ive found for my spec.

i removed the lg email app... without the stock lockscreen i felt no need in keeping it since it has no special

functionality and there are so many options avaliable on the market.

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS
until we get ics im going to be updating this rom with whatever tweaks or files i find that can make it better in

any way.. i am in no way a skilled dev. im just learning right now... but im sure once we get ics i will be able to

bring together better quality stuff...

first boot feels like it takes forever. but just be patient..

WARNING: by flashing this rom me or anyone that had anything to do with this rom is not responsible if your phone

explodes, attacks you, causes a zombie outbreak, or doesnt work like you want it to.

lg messaging widget starts to fc after you receive messages... simple fix.. dont use it...
ill attempt to get more stock widgets working for you guys.. just be patient with me
 
Looking nice bones. Will definitely update frequently on this thread for anything that does come up. Loving the ease of customization that you've integrated to PG's ROM. Makes the phone a little more me-like.

-Also glad to see the notification bar and SetCPU to boot.
I should also thank Brianmaedche for the effort and collaboration with bones.

Can I take this opportunity to beg wantonly for a ROM with fairly standard ics/lg ui? :-P
Especially the status bar? I WILL BAKE YOU COOKIES. And i'm a kickass baker!

...i really, really like the default placement of the clock. ^_^

Just stay watching this thread.. Themebox is the only launcher included that doesn't work with stock widgets.. So I intend on getting as many lg widgets working as possible
 
I loaded it and the only noticeable odd finding for me was the apps menu being a little off with the screen, and having to slide over the app icons themselves in order to scroll between pages.

I know this has been brought up before in previous post, I just wanted to give you more data points.

did we get this up anywhere else yet? I won't sign up for an account at 4shared, so I cannot download it, I would like to get it mirrored on my website for you. So even if it is just somewhere temp that I can nab it.

don't ask, I already know I am weird...
 
Looks like I'm not gonna be able continue work on this.... motherboard on my laptop just gave out.. and I'm unsure of when I'll be able to get another laptop..: /

It's a Toshiba satellite.. and I was in Linux mint in the irc and on YouTube.. and it all of a sudden popped up the password screen.. before I could react it shut off.. push the power button and the lights on it just blink orange.... plus this thing has been running way too hot for about a year
