Root Roms for FH13 on ICS?

I am new to flashing custom roms/kernels, and I have a couple of questions.

In order to flash new Roms, do i need to find ones that match my baseband version? because so far all ive found is that one rom. Most of the information i have found relates fh13 and ff18 as if they are the same thing, but i know they arent... Is it safe to say that any rom that works for ff18 will work for fh13?

I have an Epic 4g touch by sprint and im running 4.0.4 on baseband FH13.

The current kernel version im on right now 3.0.41 Kuban_Kernel v0.1.5 (im pretty sure its called Universe Rom?)

Once rooted you can flash any rom for GALAXY S2 EPIC 4G TOUCH. Just follow the Devs directions to the Tee
 
Ive tried WICKED SENSATIONS FH13 and BLU KUBAN FI27 both w the KUBAN kernel both are AWESOME
