Root Roms that include themes?

Ctmod has themes made for it. They are located in this section. Just look for them. They will say whether or not they will work with the newest version. Just look for the ROM version and make sure they are compatible.
CM7 has all sorts of themes you can use with it. Quite a few can be found on G Play. Others can be found over at XDA. You will need to flash the theme installer for Hroarks CM7 first though. It can be found in the CM7 thread. Just look in the thread and you'll find it.
The MIUI ROM located in this section can also be themed. You can download themes from the MIUI website.
