Root ROMs

Ok so im rooted. Main reason was to get rid of those crappy apps that come with the tablet.

Is it worthwhile me flashing my ROM with something else?

Is it noticeably different to the stock UI I use now? If not, how different is it?

What ROMs are best in your opinion? Heard the CyanogenMod is the highest rated one I can see.

And lastly but most importantly, is this safe for someone who is not really that clued up with these things. Is it a case of install and play, or is there ALOT of setting up that needs to be done....

I am running AOKP B38 with NovaLauncher (same as my phone) and there is a lot of tweaking involved but only if you want too. You could flash it and just run it the way it comes. Its very stable and responsive. I used CyanogenMod also and its good too. They are easy to install so try them both and see which one you like best.

If your only interest in rooting was to get rid of unwanted apps then maybe the stock UI is best for you but if your looking for a better user experience then flash away.

I have used both cm9 and aokp, I prefer the aokp.
There is a good video review of both that done made over on xda, I would recommend watching both and go from there. The same guy made a how to install both as well.
