Root Root 3.21 and HTC Synch

Has anyone re-installed HTC Synch after the root with 3.21?

Does it still synch with Outlook?

I just got done rooting with unrevoked 3.21 but am unable to get the wireless tether to work. I also installed titanium backup and it is still saying i do not have root. Does unrevoked not do a full root???
