Hello everyone !! How do I EASILY root my phone to permanently remove apps that come with it, that I don't want or use ?? I installed an 8 GB SD card, need MORE internal memory :( PLEASE HELP :) (2.2.2)-version

From what I can tell, that's the Optimus M, right? I don't know anything about that phone, but here's a link to it's "All Things Root" section here on AF.
