Root and device unlock

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I really wanna root and unlock my device for any carrier. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Yep anything root related always head i on over to xda. That's a developer forum where they will post all their goodies. Always go there first and read, read, and, read some more, before doing anything.
