Root Root broken?

Rooted my Droid X using the 1 click method and managed to get super user access. I downloaded rom manager from the market, but every time it would attempt to flash a ROM, it would instead reboot. When I manually put the phone in recovery, it would abort the installation each time.

Installation aborted.

I know the files are legit. Anybody have any ideas to fix this?

try moviing the rom to the root of the sd card, and try again, and usually when downloading from rom manager you can run into errors with installation of files, so download the actual rom from the website if you can.

+1. Rom manager can be a pain in da ass at times with flashing Roms.
