Root Root fail on Razr HD XT925

Just purchased Razr Hd to replace my Defy. I tried the method http://androidforums.com/razr-hd-maxx-hd-all-things-root/635324-razr-hd-root-method.html
with my computer running xp. Also tried win 8 on the laptop and got the same result.
The Razr Hd is running 4.0.4
I have enabled USB debugging, dl and installed the latest usb drivers. The computer detects the phone when its plugged in via the usb cable.
I have followed the steps but I can't get it to work.

It looks like you either dont have ADB installed or windows can't find where you installed it on the machine.

Thanks mate. You were correct. I had the path wrong for ADB and windows couldn't find it.

Results: Congratulations! This device has root access!

How and to what did you change your ADB path to? I have the same problem
