Root root failed question

Tried to one click root from stock to 3.1.0.1. Failed at begining but phone has been screwy since. There is a clockworkmod file in my files but am not rooted. Can I odin back or will that cause issues since am not completely rooted?

Using ODIN will, depending on which file you use, completely revert you back to stock... Anything on the phone will be wiped and replaced. The only thing left standing will be files on the SD Card. So, even with a failed root, you should be fine using ODIN.
