What do you mean by "root files"? An SU Binary?
What are the exact file names?

What file explorer are you using? When you attempted to access that part of your devices storage, did you receive a prompt from SuperUser or any other SU app?
What happens when you run this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joeykrim.rootcheck
Does it prompt you for root access?

I use ghost commander and no I never received a prompt from superuser. Rootcheck said I am not rooted.
It's fine. Ghost commander shows what's in the root directory without your device being rooted, but it won't let you modify anything in there.
Here's a screenshot from my unrooted tablet which shows basically the same thing.

Thanks! I think there is more going on with my phone. I'll send more when I get a chance.

Those pictures tell me very little.
What actually happened with your phone? Did an app crash/something happen or did you just run the debug app, then find an error?
