Salutations, everyone. I've had the first Droid X since last year and now I'm curious at to the rooting procedure. Before anything goes awry, I've noticed some of the forum material on here and keep noticing the instructions to unlock your phone after the root reboot procedure from Pete's Motorola One-Click program. I apologize if this is a stupid question but, exactly what does it mean to unlock phone after reboot? I can't seem to get off of the black debug screen when I do try and reboot. Is there a specific procedure, like say, pulling out the batter then putting it back in?

I think they would be referring to unlocking the bootloader. It would be advisable to check in Droid X - All Things Root - Android Forums where I'm sure the members will be able to help you out.
