Not normal. After a factory reset it should have rebooted and you might have seen a small box with a message "Android is Starting" or "Maximizing Apps"
Being stuck on the Android logo is not a good sign.
I would usually recommend reflashing the firmware but might not be possible since I can't positively identify the device you have.

We have to figure out the correct one to download first. The Samsung flash tool is Odin but I'm not sure which version of Odin to use with 2.3 firmware.
Still researching.

If you have PC/Laptop you can install kingo root software and connect your android device to PC/Laptop, its easy and safe.

No problem, I can get on Windows PC. I think it's much better and less complicated.

I can't download the firmware, I've already confirmed my account. It always say session has expired.
