read the guide first. it will tell you. but you need to read, read, read, and then read some more before attempting to root your phone. and please feel free to ask questions here if you have any. main thing is to do your research first before jumping in. also if you have the time i would read all of the pages within the thread. you can gleam some good tips from folks who ask questions or had issues.

do you have a sd card reader? you just magisk on the sd card.....does not matter how you do it.
