will not work for me.. at first it went through some script then just sat at the rebooting screen but never rebooted.. i followed his instructions but now it just says device not found error..

did u make sure to change from mass storage to media sync? i had no issues at all

i had to update moto drivers and it worked

same here.. after i read this i re updated and it worked fine.. i thought my drivers were up to date
