Root root issue

I use the Vortex as a kids toy and to call & text them over WiFi. But all of a sudden it seems I have lost the ability to go into custom recovery & super user although it is installed doesn't work anymore. Just FC's. any sugestions on how to fix this? Thanks

My custom recovery would "fall off" a lot also. Re-root and reinstall the recovery and SU again. That's what I always have to do.

No explanation as to why this happens, other that "That the Vortex for ya!"

What did you use to root? I used ginger break but it would not root. I cannot uninstall SU either & i thint that SU is my problem. It's just not working.

May I suggest my LG Vortex Utility, it should install Root for you using the RATC exploit. Although, you'll probably want to factory reset due to your conditions, before you use my utility, if you can't get adb to work via usb, I can tell you how to use network adb.
