Root Root Issues on Mac OSX .173

I just purchased a Razr Maxx today and tried to root using MotoFail on Mac OSX, and when I ran the script it says "No such file or directory" or T-Dub:~ user$ /Users/user/Downloads/motofail_linux_osx/run.sh ; exit;
chmod: ./adb.osx: No such file or directory
[*]

Also, all setting are correct "charge only" and "usb debugging". Anyone know how to fix this issue any help would be greatly appreciated.
