Root Root Korean Razr

System Version: 65.3.103.xt910k.kt.en.kr
Android version: 2.3.6

I own a Korean RAZR on 2.3.6 and I've tried reading about rooting and looking up the Korean RAZR but im unable to find much info. Is it possible to root 2.3.6 and would I be able to run these customs roms since my RAZR isint a US RAZR? Is there a stock rom for download for the XT910K Korean RAZR? If anyone can help me out Id much appreciate it.

Hi,

As far as I know, 2.3.6 is not rootable. To get root on 2.3.6 I had to root on 2.3.5, use OTA Rootkeeper to save root and restore it after the upgrade to 2.3.6.

Here is a list of all fastboot files, but there is nothing for the Korean Razr I think

As per the link above - if the files from there work with your Razr, that would be an option. I do not know what software the Korean Razr runs and whether it is different from the rest of the world.

That just seems like its an OTA update download. I guess im kinda stuck trying to root now, I should of never updated my phone.
