Root root OCLF

hello ppls. just a simple question, maybe two. is it possible to fix the lag issue (ex. oclf) without rooting the device? ive heard about vodoo fix but im not sure. thanks

Don't use OCLF. It was great, but it's now obsolete.

No idea if you need root for voodoo lagfix, but most likely since it involves writing in protected partitions.
