For the past two months after the update that was rolled out for kitkat my battery life has been real horrible. I have went in and turned off useless apps i do not use, adjusted background data and auto syncs that i could control, email sync and stuff. I have even bought a brand new battery. I have pulled the battery and did a system cache wipe. Needless to say Ive found out there is alot of bloatware running that I can't not turn of and it's majoring killing my phone ( phone dies 7 hrs with little usuage) My question is are there any custom roms that work well with the phone for rooting? I love my s3 but the battery life drain is really turning me off and from the research ive done it's the Kitkat update that is causing issues.
