Root Root problems after JIT and new theme.

Does anyone know why when applying a theme to the phone, apps are saying my phone is not rooted anymore(specifically screenshot and titanium). So i go into Z4 and unroot and try to re-root, and my phone just restarts every time?

I am also trying one click, it says my phone is rooted and I can do a SU test, and the test fails.

EDIT: Also after installing a theme and doing JIT, I coulda sworn I had an x10a (rogers, and i'm in canada.) My device is now showing as x10i, and im on 2.1-update 1 with 2.0.A.0.504. Any reason why rooting doesnt seem to work for me anymore? Ive been rooted before, just now it's messed up.

Well screenshot, busybox and titanium are saying i'm not rooted.

EDIT: Oh, this all happened after doing JIT and installing Dark10. I dont know which specifically started this, I'm guessing JIT.
