Root Root problems with ICS

Hello, ive been trying to root my razr with ICS and its not been working.. or works kinda... ti backup shows its rooted, and i have super user and busy box installed.. but drocap will not work and the biggest reason ive rooted is my wifi hotspot.. i use the WIFI tether app, same app i used when i had my RAZR on GB rooted, it says its running but with errors.. under the show log everything is good till i get to "Setting ad-hoc mode" it shows failed everything else is green and good to go.. and ive tried different apps, barnacle wifi tether is one and the same problem

Now i used the EternityProject EasyRoot for ICS
i tried the 1.51 utility and that let me unroot but never seen a option to root ics.. then i found Matt's 1.7 Utility and downloaded it but it opens the when i hit enter some script comes up then closes the program faster then what i can read it.. i downloaded the drivers and tried everything.. i dont know if i need a different tether app or what.. any help would be great thanks

Try Foxfi, its free in the market.

Works flawless for me.

thank you very much.. it works great.. i cant seem to set a password.. i thought i did but my ipad didnt ask for one.. either way its great.. thank you

also i redownloaded utility 1.7 and it works now.. but the wifi tether app still wasnt working so ill just use foxfi for now
