Root question?

So I have a Verizon Galaxy Note 2 running KitKat 4.4.2 and I had an error before where I rooted it and I got locked out but I was able to reflash it and so I'm wondering now if I use app to SD and I uncheck some of the components for the Knox security will that affect anything or will that be okay

What components of Knox security are you specifically referring to? If necessary, post more details. If you go disabling something essential, might stop the phone booting or brick it.

Well I just unchecked all of them I got the idea because I was going through another way to root the device where they had the file that supposedly got rid of KNOX and the sysscope for whatever and he said he Frozen and everything works fine so I figured well if you can freeze them why don't I just uncheck all these components and should still stop it from working either way but I haven't shut my phone off yet cuz I was wondering about it so wasn't sure so I post this question but I can give you an exact picture of everything that I unchecked

And a couple more

If you've frozen them, and assuming the phone boots aright. But as these are in the system area, you won't gain any extra internal storage for your apps and things by deleting them.

Oh yah I'm not worried about that I just don't want it triggering see before I did the same thing t root with kingoroot then I tried to switch my super user to a different one but I tried to kind of do it by using total commander which is a root file explorer with extras didn't know exactly what I was doing so really didn't do a whole lot any way it wasn't until I download like twrp or rom manager n tried to boot to recovery did I learn about the Verizon lock out well my phone would still boot fine to the os so I thought it was something I did with total commander so I deleted that app and when I did my phone restated and then I got the lock out all the way around the only thing that would work was download mode so that's y I was asking if anyone knows if I stopped the transmissions from even being able to happen by disabling them via app components if I should b safe to restart phone just so I don't have to fix the bootloop again
