ROOT: Remove Browser.apk by mistake

I rooted my device and started uninstalling Bloatwares and by mistake I uninstalled browser.apk too? I had Jellybean 4.1.1 on HCL ME Connect 2G 2.0.
Can anybody provide me with the APK

Did you do a Nandroid back up before uninstalling any apps

But I dont think there is any section for my tablet HCL ME Connect 2G 2.0

No I didnt do any backup. Will restore to factory settings help?
