Root Root Revolution On Mac Operating system

How can I root my LG revolution using a mac operating system, I have tried using mono to use SuperoneClick, ive tried using crossover to open it and I have tried using winebottler to open it and no matter what I cannot open SuperoneClick on my mac, is there another way that I can do this or can someone maybe walk me step by step through the process of using mono and a link to the exact one I'm supposed to download because maybe that is the problem?

The only way that I could think of doing this would be via the ADB setup. I don't have a mac so I might be talking out of my rear, but you'd have to go through the same process of installing the Android SDK on your mac, which requires Java SDK, to get access to your phone.
