Root Root to Jelly Bean

Hello, I'm brand new to this and really looking for some guidance. I'm using a HTC Incredible 2 that I have done absolutely no work on whatsoever. I'm looking for the easiest way to get this phone running a fully working jelly bean OS (If camcorder is still not an option at this time so be it). I don't have any qualms with losing all the data currently on my phone in order to avoid hassle.

So, I'm really hoping someone can give me some links that will walk me through the easiest way to to this and be like do what this link says then download this link and use this guide to say what to do with this file ect.

Sorry if I sound like a noob, but I am trying to figure this out. I know the terminology fairly well, but I just do not want to risk bricking my phone or creating other problems. Thanks.
 
I looked through that already, but i've seemed to figure it out pretty well however I have a delimma right now. I've flashed the cm10 jelly bean rom but i did not have the gapps jb on my phone yet (bad walkthrough). When I try to boot up my phone regularly to change it to disk drive mode so I can add the gapps jb zip onto my SD card it is stuck on the white HTC screen. I can reach the fast book or recovery/clockwork mod stuff. So is there any way I can put the gapps jb zip onto my phone without a sd card reader being inserted into my computer ?

if you need gapps,you can enable usb storage in recovery,and transfer it that way.

then order a cheap sd card reader from amazon or ebay,they are handy to have around when you mess with a rooted phone :)
