Root Root WIFI Tether Question

So I'm not new to the whole Android thing but am new to rooting.
I successfully rooted and flashed SyndicateROM Frozen 1.1.0.
It works super fast and I love it so far.
I have some questions, I'm having problems with the WIFI Tether, It works great but when you try to connect the computer to it, it won't connect to the internet. Any ideas?

Which build version are you using?

Can you connect with another computer or phone?

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Rebooting phone and computer?

In the thread for that ROM on XDA there are a bunch of fixes for it.
