Root Root with specific firmware

Hi all, I'm new here.
I have Samsung Galaxy S3 mini and I want to root it.
My phone's specifications are:
Model number: GT-I8190
Android version: 4.1.2
Baseband version: I8190XXAMG4
CSC: I8190OXFAMH1

All firmware that I found are with different CSC... Is this so important?
Does anyone have rooted version with elements like mine? Can I root my phone with firmware that is with different specifications? And if I root it with other firmware what will be eventual problems in it and how would I feel the difference?
Will be very grateful for any help! Thank you. :)

I have a S4 Mini I tried to Root it but with no success. After rooting it started to give various message saying some process has stopped. I tried the Firm ware upgrade it didn't work. I tried I9197XXUAMG5 and I9197XXUBML3 both of them didn't work. Now I am stuck with a phone which gives me bunch of error message whenever I tried to unlock the screen

My suggestion don't root it.
