Can't, metro or lg locked this phone up petty good, so far nobody can boot to recovery on the metro version of the l70

You can't get to recovery by doing a factory reset from settings menu???

I already have been talking to some people who have this phone on #oudhitsquad on freenode.net

Also, IF anyone wants to try flashing the international firmware for root (understand you risk possibly bricking your phone/damaging components), PM me or join #oudhitsquad on freenode.

Edit: I am looking at rebuilding the MS323 firmware with the international recovery and bootloader and flashing the custom firmware instead.

Edit2: Making myself clear, I don't have this phone. I have 2 people already willing to test stuff.
