Root Rooted .181, BootStrap, CWM -> .211

OK, so I have the MAXX, .181 rooted, bootstrap, and CWM, Razr Bootstrap Recovery, Titanium Backup, and Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper.

Got lots of stuff frozen (easy to unfreeze) and nothing's been deleted.

What am I going to have to do to successfully OTA to .211?

Will the fact that I have CWM installed interfere?

At worst, I guessing I'll have to fastboot back to unrooted .181 without CWM and go from there but I'm hoping not.

Any help/guesses?

TIA

So I grabbed a copy of the Batman's utility from

Droid Razr Utility 1.7 [For Ics And Those Who Want To Go To Ics] - DroidRzr.com

Learned a couple of things:

1. Not all instructions found on-line are 100% correct. Instructions found early in the thread indicated that one needs to run the included batch file using administrator rights. BTDT - didn't even get the T-Shirt. Through trial and error I discovered that the bach file does not need (and will fail with) aministrator rights.

2. Using the step-by-step, the utility completely wipes the phone back to stock .181, including removing CWM Recovery.

3. ICS is so (what's the word kids use these days?) sick! In my day, we would have said "So Coool!"
