So I rooted my phone and left well enough alone at 2.1, I rooted via universal androot. Clockwork recovery works, had the bootstrap loader.
Ok trying to update to 2.2, and then root, my issue is I get that cool exclamation point and nifty little droid guy, it will not update, when I got the phone into the stock recovery mode it says E: failed to verify whole file signature E: signature verification failed
Installation aborted.
Am I not going to be going to 2.2? 2.2 and me seem to have a battle that 2.2 thinks it will win, my first dx bricked itself just updating OTA.
What would be causing my issue? I am going to guess that I happen to have some strange event going on.
Ohh I did a factory reset still clockwork recovery comes up, is that supposed to do that?
