After doing a factory reset, I am unable to connect to Virgin Mobiles data network. I've been trying to search for the past 3 or 4 days, and have come up with no answers as to why I can't connect. Placing phone calls, sending text messages, and using wifi work perfectly fine. My only issue is when I turn on my 3G/LTE connection it makes no connection to the network. If anyone has any insight on what my issue may be, I would thank you so much.
