Root Rooted.. Blocking OTA 2.1?

I just got done downgrading to 2.0.1 via sbf, then upgraded to a rooted 2.1-update1.

Upon completion and rebooting, I received notification to upgrade to 2.1 from VZW..

WTF? I'm already 2.1.. how do I stop this from popping up again?
