Rooted, but CyanogenMod not installing?

I have been using CWM obviously, and have the phone successfully rooted. However, whenever I try to unpack and install the update.zip from the SD Card off of CWM, it shows me some status updates on the install, then jumps back to the CWM home screen (with all of the options) with no further warning.

I tried restarting, but CyanogenMod never ended up being installed. Anyone have any tips?

It's very frustrating. I actually just ended up quitting...guess I'll just wait for an Ice Cream Sandwich mod.

I installed CyanogenMod a week ago and I had to install it twice to make it work.

Make sure you load the ZIP on the INTERNAL storage not on a separate SD card (if you have one).
