Here's the problem:

I have Superuser access but for some reason still can't open the trillian.adk file I downloaded yesterday.

What am I missing?

Thanks,
Ryan

*Also, I'm using Astro File Manager to attempt opening the Trillian file, but still no dice...

do you mean apk instead of adk?

You need to go into settings -> Applications and tick install from unknown sources. But I heard that AT&T disabled it.

If you have the SWM program.... open the folder. Click properties on any file there.... highlight the location and copy it.... Now open a command prompt.

Start-Run- now type "cmd" without quotes

a command window should appear.

Now type

cd "the place where you copied" ------Paste the info after cd and space bar are pressed

it should look like this
cd C:\Documents and Settings\Frank\Desktop\AC-SWM

now type "su" without quotes
it will look like

cd C:\Documents and Settings\Frank\Desktop\AC-SWM
su
#
if you have SU permission then it will look like that. If you get a an error. Open Super User Permission on your phone. click anything thats there, and click forget. Now Go to Busy Box, and reinstall.

Though I am not really good with commands and stuff...I have gotten this far, and loaded stuff. After just about every error.
